Problems with opening CHM Help files from Network or Internet

After installing MS Security patch 896358 you can't open help files with HTML from network drives or the internet. If you open the files from a network or internet location you'll get a message like:
"Action canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable"
or in Dutch:
"Navigatie naar de webpagina is geannuleerd"
But if you copy the files to a local drive and opening them, they work normal.
I've found a solution to fix this problem, you need to edit the Windows registry with the following steps:

[Arcserve] How to reset the caroot password

When you lost you CAroot password in ArcServe, you can reset it with these steps:
- Open a command prompt on the server where you want to change/reset the caroot password.
- In the command prompt browse to the drive where you have ARCServe installed (e.g. C:\Program Files\CA\...)
- Once in the ARCServe folder type in the following: cstop. This will stop the ARCServe services that are running.

Disable the browser choice by GPO

After installation of “Update for Windows (KB976002)” and the next time you'll logon the Browser Choice update will start. As administrator, in some enviroments, you don't want the users of your network give the option to choose another browser for some reasons.
In this article i've added a .adm file for download and explain the registry key.
